Shipping policy

Shopping online is simple, convenient and fast. Products are delivered directly to your door.
We ship within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping is free for orders over AED 300. For orders below this amount, shipping costs AED 20 for parcels up to 5 kg, plus AED 1 for each additional kilogram.

Once your order is confirmed, the goods are generally prepared for shipment and entrusted to the courier within the next day. From that date, the courier takes approximately 2 working days for delivery.

During the end-of-year and beginning-of-year holiday period, delivery times may be extended up to 3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day.
